How to Use
STEP 1
Use pipet to transfer 50 ml from specimen in transport media into the process buffer tube
STEP 2
Heat buffer tube for 5 minutes at 95°C
STEP 3
Use pipet to transfer 50 ml from the buffer tube into the reaction tube
STEP 4
Use sample rack to transport reaction tubes from work station tray into the Solana analyzer
STEP 5
Place reaction tubes in the corresponding wells in the analyzer
STEP 6
Close lid, select assays and run the tests
